During one of my travels in Italy with an amazing wedding planner Che Figata Weddings & Events for destination weddings and elopements, I had the delight of visiting Tuscany and the charming Borgo Santo Pietro renowned for its beautiful architecture, gardens, and artistic ambiance, making it a fitting backdrop for the work of artists. There, I had the pleasure of meeting Lena Lencek, a talented artist who has been involved in promoting art, culture, and creative projects within the estate, blending her passion for art with the estate’s luxurious and tranquil environment.

We spent a memorable afternoon walking through the estate’s lush gardens, where I had the opportunity to capture beautiful moments of Lena and her loyal dog, Bruno. Lena graciously shared her Artist House with me, giving a glimpse into her creative world as she worked on some of her paintings. Watching her in her element, I observed her unique process firsthand, all while documenting the experience through my lens.

This encounter offered a rare insight into her poetic approach to art and life, set against the breathtaking backdrop of Tuscany and I feel grateful for the short time we shared and the trust she placed in me to capture some of her moments at Borgo Santo Pietro.
